Principal
The safety and privacy of personal data is extremely important to the Hipstery. Collection, processing and usage of personal data shall only be undertaken with the consent of the individual or due to a legal obligation.
Personal data stored within the Hipstery is protected with technical and operational safeguards against unauthorised access or abuse. We regularly review our security procedures to assure they match the latest technological developments.
Payments and account information are recorded by our payment provider Paypal, who uses a secure method of data transmission known as SSL (Secure Socket Layer) transmission to process user information. No bank information (Account Number, Card Number etc) is passed from Paypal to us, and is therefore not stored by us.
Hipstery Membership
We collect; store; modify; use and transmit personal data for their own specific purposes towards the justification and settlement of the user’s contract or contract relationships, including individual and personal customer advice and support, and to protect the legitimate business interests of the Hipstery. Where absolutely necessary, we will transmit certain personal data to third parties (such as delivery companies). Only information that is needed to carry out its task will be transmitted and used.
We reserve the right to use your email address for advertising and market-research purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link visible in any correspondence with us. Or by email request to salutations@hipstery.com
The usage of personal data for other appropriate purposes is dependent on prior consent from the user.
Tracking and Analytics
The Hipstery uses both Google Analytics and Get Clicky to track visitors to the service. This collects and user data in log-files recording user’s browser type/version; operating system; referring URLs (the user’s previously visited site); hostname (IP address) of the accessing computer and the time of server inquiry.
Usage of Cookies
In order to allow you to use the service and to link together your order and survey answers we do use ‘Cookies’. Cookies are text files, which are stored on a users computer when they visit a website. These contain no address data (i.e. user’s names and Email data) or other personal information. The Hipstery will not link data found in these text files with other data sources. Cookies serve to further our analysis of web-page usage and enables us to record your checkout preferences and deliver you more user-friendly; effective and safer browsing experience.
Deactivation of Cookies
Users can set their web browser to halt the storage of the data files known as Cookies. Although we wouldn’t recommend it, as in some cases this can lead to certain services and website functions becoming unusable.
User Rights to Access to Personal Information
Visitors and users of the Hipstery can request (free of charge) access to any information held about them and its origin; any recipients of their data and the reason for the storage of such data.

We will not however disclose your name, address, email address unless we have informed you, been authorised by you, or are required to do so by law.
If you make a order you are accepting the following terms and conditions: All prices advertised are subject to changes. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and we are not responsible for any delay in delivery due to postal delays or other factors out of our control. All details you provide to us requesting goods are true and accurate and you are the authorised user of the debit or credit card, and there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the cost of the goods. If changes occur it is your responsibility to inform us. All prices advertised are subject to change.

Returns are only accepted within fourteen days, provided you return the t-shirt in perfect condition. You can then either select to be sent a replacement shirt as part of our 1000% satisfaction guarantee, or be offered a full refund. If you are not satisfied with your replacement, you may return it, for a refund of the value of the first ordered shirt.
Any propaganda points earnt from our loyalty program are only redeemable against our products in future purchases, they have no cash value and can not be exchanged for cash. They can also not be redeemed against shipping costs on future orders.
The Hipstery, its content providers, advertisers or linked sites shall not be liable for any damages to any special, direct, indirect, or incidental damages for loss of use, profits, data, damage to goodwill or reputation, cost of procurement of substitute good and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failure of the website.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hipstery its employees, consultants, agents, affiliates, and directors, from all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs arising from, without limitation, your use of the our services, your infringement of any intellectual property right or any other right of any person or entity, your breach of the Terms of Service, or your breach of any duty of confidence or privacy, or any defamatory statements made by you in any form.
Upon visiting the Hipstery website you are bound by the terms and conditions stated. These terms and conditions are to be constructed in accordance with the laws of Germany and irrespective of your place of domicile, in the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German High Court. Any dispute in any way referable to the content of this site whether in respect of its trade marks, copyright or image content shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration the terms of which are to be agreed between the Hipstery and yourself and provide no right or recourse to any relief of the German Courts whether interim or otherwise and that by accessing this site you waive your right for all time to any such right.
